We reserve the right to make changes to services, products, prices, qualities, quantities, information and any other materials, as well as to terminate its activities at any time without the need to send any prior notice to you, and without this giving you the right to any compensation.

REFUND POLICIES

Our products are digital, refunds can only be requested in the following situations

1 - The file has been paid but has NOT yet been sent to your email

2- The file has been PAID and has already been SENT but you have NOT DOWNLOADED any of the files **(any click on the download link or "DOWNLOAD" button is registered as downloaded in our panel and the amount can no longer be refunded)

REFUND OF VALUE FOR CANCELLED ORDER

The refund of the amount paid will occur according to the payment options below:
Credit card: your card administrator will be notified and the refund will occur within two subsequent invoices.
Bank slip or direct debit: the refund will be made via electronic transfer to the current account indicated by the buyer, within 10 business days. The CPF of the current account holder must be the same as that stated on the order (customer's CPF).
For installment purchases, the refund will follow the procedures of the financial agent involved.

DELIVERY PROCEDURE

If delivery is not completed and/or it is not possible to locate the address indicated, we will contact you via email and telephone to confirm the shipping address.

SITUATIONS THAT MAY CHANGE THE DELIVERY TIME

Inconsistency in the data provided in the registration.
Difficulties in confirming registration to release the order.

Always check your email's spam or trash folder, sometimes our email may end up there.

WE DO NOT SHIP ANY PRODUCT BEFORE PAYMENT CONFIRMATION.

No products are sent by post. All items in the store are digital and the links are sent by email. WE DO NOT SEND THE KIT ATTACHED, YOU MUST OPEN THE LINK AND DOWNLOAD IT.
